3.4.3  KL International Airport Eastern Access Routes

  1. Mantin - 1 000 FT - Track 250°/070° - Salak - KL International / Sepang

  2. Semenyih - 1 000 FT - Track 210°/030° - Salak - KL International / Sepang

Note: 1. These access routes are restricted to helicopter traffic having landing rights at KLIA.

3.4.4   Turning Points KL INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT EMERGENCY RESPONSE HELICOPTER ROUTES AND LANDING ZONES

3.4.4.1  Co-ordinates for the turning points at visual fixes are detail in ENR 3.5. “INBOUND”
  1. MIKE ALPHA - 1500FT - Abeam Bangi (Eastern side of North-South Expressway) - Nilai Toll Plaza - 1000FT - East of KLIA Quarters - 500FT - East of Runway 14L/32R

  2. MIKE CHARLIE - 1000FT - VFR Route 1 - Gold Coast Morib (02 Deg 42’ 54" 101 Deg 27’ 36") - 500FT - West of Runway 15/33 (No holding over Morib unless instructed by ATC)

“OUTBOUND”

  1. MIKE BRAVO - 1000FT - Salak (02 Deg 47’ 08" 101 Deg 45’ 07") - Nilai Springs GCC (Western side of North-South Expressway) - Abeam Bangi - i). To K L City or ii). via KESAS Highway to Klang.

  2. MIKE DELTA - 1000FT - Banting (02 Deg 48’ 54" 101 Deg 30’ 44") - Jenjarom - i). To Klang or ii). Cyberjaya (along Maju Expressway) to KL city.
