2.20.1  Arriving Aircraft
2.20.1.1 Arriving aircraft to track on Radial 345 from VKR VOR/DME and to obtain descent clearances from WMKN Tower.
2.20.2  Departing Aircraft
2.20.2.1 Departing aircraft to make left turn after departure and track for Pulau Bidong (9NM east of Pulau Redang) climb not above 2500FT and contact Terengganu Tower for ATC clearance.
